A: We use natural, eco-friendly materials, mostly naturally dyed, and create pieces in small batches to minimize waste. Each product is crafted with care for people and the planet.
Q: Do you use synthetic materials?
A: No. All URLI products are made from natural fibres, and we consciously avoid synthetics and plastics whenever possible.
Q: Are all URLI products made to order or customizable?
A: Some styles are ready to ship, while others are made to order for size, color, or design requests. Made-to-order items are always noted on the product page.
Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Customization is available only on our base blank T-shirts for adding a graphic print, if mentioned on the product page.
Q: How is URLI’s printing safe and sustainable?
A: We use low-waste, energy-efficient printers and Oeko-Tex™ certified inks that are safe for children and eco-friendly.
Q: Are URLI products suitable for gifting?
A: Yes! Each piece makes a meaningful, eco-conscious gift. Gift wrapping is not currently available.
Q: Do you ship internationally?

Q: How do I care for URLI products?
A: 1) Naturally dyed products require gentle care. See our 'Natural Care Guide' in the footer for instructions to help them last longer and age beautifully.
2) For all other products, care instructions are on each product detail page, and apparel items have a care label. Following them will help your products last longer.
Q: Are your products durable?
A: Yes! We use high-quality materials and careful craftsmanship for long-lasting products.

A: Yes. We use secure payment gateways and protect your data according to the highest standards.
Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
