1. How are your products made?

We work with print on demand suppliers committed to sustainability. Our products are made on demand, which means each item is produced as soon as you place an order, reducing overproduction and minimizing waste to have a low environmental impact.

2. What is your order processing time?

Since all of the products are made to order, we allow our vendors some lead time. Order processing typically takes 3-6 business days. After which, your order is shipped out.

3. When will I get my order?

To get an idea of how long an order takes to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment/processing time with the estimated shipping time. Estimated delivery time = Estimated fulfillment + estimated shipping.

4. How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at hello@urlihouse.com.

5. My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Please check the delivery address in the shipping confirmation email. If the delivery address was correct, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll look into it. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

6. I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. Please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

7. Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, international shipping is currently available only to India. Details on rates will be available at checkout. We’re working to expand to more countries soon.

8. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

9. Do you offer COD - Cash on Delivery?

We regret to inform you that we do not offer cash on delivery at this time. However, we do provide various secure payment methods for your convenience. Thank you for your understanding!
