URLI RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At URLI, we are committed to your satisfaction. While we do not offer returns or exchanges, please contact us at hello@urlihouse.com , if there is an issue with your order, and we will be happy to assist you.

WRONG OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, submit claims within 7 days of receiving the product. For lost packages, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. If the error is on our part, we will cover all costs.

SIZE CHANGE
We do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about sizing, refer to our size charts. In the rare case of mislabeling, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos of the product to initiate the process.

RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Include the receipt or proof of purchase. All return/exchange requests will be evaluated upon receipt. Products that are used or damaged, even partially, are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
