Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days.
  •  Custom / Made-to-Order items usually take 5–10business days to process. Please note, processing times can vary based on the complexity of your request, current order volume etc . If your order will take longer time, we'll provide an updated timeline at the time of order placement.
  •  Shipping time is additional and depends on your location.
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.


Shipping Times

  • Domestic: 3–11 business days after dispatch
  • International: 15–25 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control such as weather, customs, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

Address Issues & Unclaimed Shipments

  • If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or is unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for any reshipping costs.
  • If you haven’t registered an account on urlihouse.com or provided a valid billing method, we may not be able to reship or refund returned orders.
  •  Refunds for unclaimed shipments may be issued for the product cost minus shipping fees.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship within India, and within the USA for our made-to-order products produced there.
  • International shipping is not yet available, but we’ll update you when it begins.
  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

International Shipping & Returns

  • Applicable shipping rates and estimated delivery times (for USA shipments) are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs duties or import taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your local customs regulations for details.
  •  We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Please review all product details carefully before purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each URLI piece is mindfully produced in limited quantities, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If you experience any delivery-related issues (such as delays or non-receipt), please reach out within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping Disclaimer

  • In rare cases where we’re unable to fulfil your order due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment source within 7–10 business days.
  • We do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
  •  Delays caused by external factors (such as customs, weather, or natural events) are beyond URLI’s responsibility.
