To Initiate a Return or Exchange

Email us at hello@urlihouse.com with your order number, reason, and product photos within 3 days of receiving your order.

Note on Handmade & Natural Dye Products

Subtle shade variations or minor irregularities are part of the handmade process, and not considered defects. Each piece is truly one of a kind. Please check product details carefully before purchase, as returns based on these natural variations cannot be accepted. 

No Return & Exchange Products

•    Artisan-made products (unless damaged or defective). This helps maintain fairness to our artisans and support sustainable pricing.
•    Custom, made-to-order, and bulk orders
•    International orders
•    Products purchased during a sale, promotion, or using a discount coupon

Returnable Products

1. Damaged or Wrong Products

•    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as above.
•    For lost packages, submit a claim within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
•    If the issue is on our part, we will cover all associated costs.

2. Exchange

We offer one free size exchange for the same product, style, and colour.
•    For all other exchanges, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
•    For exchanges of higher-value products, you’ll need to pay the difference.
•    For lower-value products, the difference will be refunded as a credit note.
•    Once exchanged, a product is not eligible for further exchange.

Return & Exchange Conditions

•    Products must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.
•    Products that are used or damaged (even partially) are not eligible.
•    All return/exchange requests are reviewed upon receipt; eligibility is determined at our discretion.
•    Refunds are processed after product inspection.
•    Our courier partner will arrange pickup within 2–3 business days, and it may take 10–12 business days for the parcel to reach us.

Refunds & Fees

•    Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
Return/Exchange Fee: ₹150 per order to cover pickup and handling costs.

Additional Notes

•    If pickup isn’t available in your area, you may self-ship the product at your own expense.
•    We reserve the right to cancel orders or deny returns/exchanges to maintain fairness for all customers.
